Ivy leads the GWC marketing team to enable marketing communication activities and plans of GWC through digital marketing and social media. Since the time she was introduced to GWC back in college, she has worked on multiple new initiatives such as the inaugural Female Leadership Forum, the official website revamp project, resilient leadership webinar, and a diversity and inclusion program for JLL Asia.
Ivy has received master's degrees in hospitality management from Cornell and in business administration from Kyoto University. Determined to pursue her career in Japan, she has accumulated internship experiences at Horwath HTL Japan as a hospitality market research assistant and at British American Tobacco Japan as a human resources intern.
Ivy is passionate about working with the team at GWC to create a brand image that can communicate GWC's purpose and connect more people globally to share and learn from each other on the GWC platform to advance diversity, equity and inclusion together.
