Her professional journey has been dedicated to advancing corporate social responsibility and fostering cross-sector partnerships that champion workplace diversity, equity, and inclusion. In 2022, Mengdi's accomplishments were recognized as she was appointed a fellow of the prestigious Asia Foundation Development's Leadership for Asia's Future initiative.
At present, Mengdi serves as the General Manager of the Women Empowerment Council—a dynamic network of influential decision-makers striving to propel gender equality within Chinese businesses and globally. Prior to this role, she worked as the Program Director at the Laoniu Brother & Sister Foundation (LNBS), a globally influential family foundation committed to charitable endeavors. Here, she adeptly orchestrated multifaceted projects spanning China and international locales, with a special emphasis on advancing childhood education and fostering a culture of family philanthropy. Preceding her tenure at LNBS, Mengdi played a pivotal role in spearheading the World Academy for the Future of Women (WAFW) program, dedicated to accelerating the global progress of women's leadership.
