Celine joined Johnson & Johnson Vision Care China in 2017 and was promoted to GM in June 2022, taking care the Contact Lens and CEH business in China. Celine is a proven commercial leader who devotes to build winning team along her career. She is an outstanding women leader with strong belief that People Make the Difference.
Before joining Johnson & Johnson Vision Care, Celine spent close to 19 years working in different industries including food, personal care, and early life nutrition. She has solid knowledge and experience in Brand & Digital Marketing, and eCommerce.
Celine is a certified ACC coach of International Certified Federation. She is currently completing her Global EMBA from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS).
