Marion Campan is a French entrepreneur who founded Int&Did, an HR consultancy that focuses on Strength’s development for leaders and teams.

Originally from France, Marion has worked in Germany, Spain, the UK and China. She has dedicated 10 years of her career to understand what makes people "click": in all her roles, she has always been keen to understand the behavioral psychology of her clients, her peers, and her team members. One of her greatest inspirations is the corporate behavioral psychologist, Adam Grant.

Since the early 2000’s, Marion’s dream was to work in Shanghai and to help people grow their careers and their lives. In 2015, while working for EF (Education First) she was promoted to China with the mission to lead the recruitment strategy of one of the World’s top 5% Business School. As one of the youngest promoted talents in the region, she led the team and the Business’ School strategy for the APAC region from Shanghai.

After 7 years in the Education Industry, Marion founded Int&Did to help people grow with one simple motto: “Moving from intentions to actions”. Int&Did specializes in helping individuals and teams at high performing levels: Together they authentically explore alternative ways to achieve their goals, improve their effectiveness and leverage their natural talents.
