This question has remained at the heart of the CEIBS Female Leadership Forum over the years - exploring how women leaders cultivate inner clarity and steady direction amid complexity.
The theme for 2026 is The Anchor Within
We firmly believe that "The anchor within" is the source of a woman’s steady resolve. It charts a three-act journey of growth:
SEEKING THE ANCHOR
This is a moment of "Self-Awakening." It calls us inward, to cultivate clear self-awareness and rediscover the truest essence of who we are.

FORGING THE ANCHOR
This is a process of "Self-Reconstruction." It enables us to reshape our inner order amid change, forging clear and steadfast values and a sense of purpose.
WEIGHING THE ANCHOR
This is a stage of “Self-Blossoming.” With a stable inner core, our original aspiration transforms into an internal compass, guiding us through uncertainty without losing our bearings.
ACT III
The Anchor Within is not about resisting changes, but about grounding oneself in firm values, a sense of mission and deep self-awareness as the inner foundation, maintaining direction amid turbulence, and staying true to one’s core amid external noise.
This philosophy reflects the enduring spirit of the Female Leadership Forum since its inception, supporting women leaders in anchoring their leadership from within as they navigate evolving professional and social contexts
