Cathleen Ye
Marketing Officer
Cathleen is a Senior Development Manager. She is a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is also certified as a Level II Psychological counsellor. As a dedicated practitioner of mindfulness for over 12 years in different places, Netherlands, Myanmar, Thailand, Mainland China and Hong Kong, she has recently completed a the train the trainer programme with the Oxford Mindfulness Centre and became a mindfulness-based cognitive therapy trainer.
Prior to joining MIT Innovation Node, Cathleen was the Project Director of a multinational consultancy firm. She was the first full-time employee in Mainland China of the company and took a leadership role in developing the business from scratch.
Cathleen holds a master’s degree in Guidance and Counselling from The HK Polytechnic University.
